SBI TT buying rate, USD to INR, on any date

The exchange rate Indian tax returns use for US shares, RSUs and dividends. Pick a date to see SBI's telegraphic transfer buying rate, and the Rule 115 rate for that month.

How to use these rates

• Schedule FA (Tables A2 and A3): the TT buying rate on the date of each value, such as the vest date, the peak day and 31 December.
• Capital gains, dividends and foreign tax credit (Rule 115 and Rule 128): the TT buying rate on the last day of the month before the sale or payment. The month-end table below gives these directly.
• When SBI published no rate on a date (weekends, holidays), use the latest rate published before it, as the tool does.

Month-end SBI TT buying rates, USD to INR

For a sale or dividend in a given month, use the rate for the previous month's end. For example, a sale in August 2025 uses the rate for July 2025.
